All manuscripts are firstly checked by website's admin and the Editor of DLSR. The manuscripts then, are reviewed by at least two refrees.

All contributions are refereed without exception. The authors will be informed if the manuscripts need to be revised or not accepted. The editors reserve the right to edit contributions wherever necessary and to refuse papers that are deemed not in line with current research. Linguistic corrections not affecting the meaning will be made by the editors.

There is no Article Processing Charge and no Submission Charges.

The manuscript after the general acceptance will be carried out by the evaluation process of double-blind refereeing.
